Lauren Napolitano, M.S.Ed received her Bachelor’s Degree in English & International Relations and Master's Degree in Education from St. John's University in New York City. Prior to pursuing her Master's Degree, Lauren relocated overseas to work & volunteer. When she returned home to New York City, she began her career in education and worked as a preschool teacher while attending graduate school on a full-time basis. Furthering her humanitarian interests, Lauren then accepted a consulting position with a NGO in the United Nations and focused on the global expansion of universal primary education.
After the project's completion, Lauren accepted a teaching position at a K-12 College Preparatory School where she taught Middle School English and History and worked with the school's Special Education Department, reviewing IEP's, creating learning plans and implementing those plans by working one-on-one with students. Lauren has 15+ years of experience working in public, private and charter schools and has served in a variety of roles, such as: Reading Specialist, Academic Intervention Specialist, Inclusion Teacher, Classroom Teacher, and Private Tutor. Lauren has taught 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
In 2014 Lauren & her husband relocated to Atlanta for his work. Two weeks after their arrival, Lauren accepted a teaching position at Medlock Bridge Elementary School in Johns Creek, a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, where she was employed for three years. After welcoming her son and daughter into the world in 2017 & 2018, Lauren spent time at home caring for them. Shortly after, she started a tutoring business, and has been tutoring ever since!
In her spare time Lauren enjoys running, yoga, hiking, reading and spending time with her family. Lauren and her husband reside in Forsyth County with their four children.
We know that each student learns differently, so our sessions are customized to fit your student's learning style(s).

If requested, we will communicate with teachers and other members of a student’s academic support team on a regular basis.
